An Iyaganku Chief Magistrates' Court sitting in Ibadan on Tuesday remanded a 50-year-old man, Fatai Busari, in Agodi jail for purportedly bringing on the passing of his mistress.
The Prosecutor, Cpl. Salewa Hammed, told the court that Busari drank natural sex improvement drugs, otherwise called 'labor', to help his sexual execution before laying down with Sadiat Adejuwon, 48.
Hammed said, "Busari submitted the follow up on October 10 at around 3.00pm at Asaka territory, Ibadan, unlawfully brought on the demise of one Sadiat Adejuwon.
"Busari and the expired lady filled in as easygoing laborers cleaning the road and they were dating.
"On the game changing day, Busari drank home grown creation to support his masculinity before laying down with her.
"It was a while later that he understood that something was not right when he saw blood streaming out of her private part.
"She later passed on at the spot and he raised alert.
"The demise of Adejuwon happened while Busari was having sexual relations with of her in his home," the prosecutor included, taking note of that the offense contradicted segment 316 and was culpable under area 319 of the Criminal Code, Cap 38, Vol. II, Laws of Oyo State, 2000.
Busari, who is confronting on a one-number charge of creating demise, argued not blameworthy.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Abiona Richard, requested that Busari be remanded pending legitimate exhortation from the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, DPP.
Richard suspended the case till November 30 for specify.
